They treat the entire slide and ALL internals of the pistol and slide..
I had my XD9sc hardchromed and I feel it cycles better and it is even a bit more accurate.
The accuracy part might be all in my head though.

Robar offers nothing but the best in my view. I had the whole pistol done in NP3 inside and out, what a huge difference. It made the gun so much smoother you would not believe. My mag release was a little stick now slick, the trigger feels better, slides like butter.
They do a wonderful job.
