Last june i bought a box of 500 LRN 230 grn. bullets for $38.00. I went back in december to get another box, and the price was $75.00. That's when i decided to get me a bullet mold to cast my own.

WOW!, that's got to be the best price in the country.
What do they charge for shipping 500 rnds? I was trying to do the math on the cost if you'd of bought the bullets, and i figured the bullets couldn't of been much more than $35.00 per 500. Primers probably didn't cost you more than $25.00 per thousand, and $18.00 to 20 dollars for a pound of powder.

This could be my favorite thread since I joined a couple of days ago. hahahahah
that said, I shoot 300-500 rounds a week and I keep an exact log of the gun, date, grain and powder charge of each round fired. |
