I'm wondering how much extra flash and bloom you're going to see in low light/dark scenarios. I assume this is a personal defense weapon rather than a range shooter with the M6X attached, so looking forward to your reviews of shooing it.

Looks like they did nice work on that beast.

Yours is the first magnaported XD I have ever seen! What did it cost?

It looks really good.

Please post a range report when you can.

By the way, how did you post your pics? I am still learning. Are they big files or little files or what? I haven't a clue about posting pics. I copy and paste off of a website whenever I post a pic. I did finally find my cable for my camera so I am half way there....

But seriously, post a report on how it shoots now when you can.

If possible, and this may be asking a lot, try shooting the same ammo through 2 different XDs to see any difference between the magnaported one and a non-magnaported one. I would be curious to see if recoil reduction is significant and if muzzle flash is much more. I don't know if you could tell about an increase in noise, I wear hearing protection when I shoot so I don't know how I could tell. Anyway, post your impressions / thoughts when you can.

When do you think you will get to shoot it and report on it?

This is the photo site I use, PHOTOBUCKET. The cost was $150.00 shipped back to me.

I had ported my Glock 23, 40 cal because it was kicking too much with the corbon +P+ rounds. Don't beleave everyones opinion about the flash and how it doesn't work. It does work or I wouldn't have spent the money also you don't get flash blinded and I know from allready owning and fireing a comp pistol.

Thanks for the tip on photobucket. I'll work on that now that I've found my cable for the camera.

I've never shot a ported pistol so I don't have an opinion on it one way or the other. Did you have magna port do the porting on your Glock? Is it a pain to clean the ports? Like I said, I have no experience with ported pistols.

I have shot some comped rifles - 2 ARs with Miculek comps and the comp made a tremendous difference. It was a lot louder, but it is nice to shoot a .308 and have absolutely no muzzle climb.

Post a report when you have a chance.

The company Glockmiser took care of my Glock.
