Pricing on XD 45 with night sights?

I was in a shop the other day looking at a XD 45 4" with night sights (not sure what kind). The listed price was about $660. I know this is significantly above listed price for the basic model, but how much can night sights add to the value? The saleperson seemed to indicate that there was some flexibility on the price...

I think the xd45 without night sights is $450 at CDNN. After you put some TFOs on it, you're still $100 ahead, and you've got sights that work better for 99% of your shooting (daytime).

Price on XD 45c

If it helps for reference, I'm trying to sell my XD 45c LNIB (I haven't fired it since I bought it) with nite sights and three holsters for $625. The nite sights are factory installed and the holsters are a CrossBreed Supertuck, Don Hume 721 and Blackhawk Slide w/ Mag Pouch. There's somewhere around $750 or so worth of stuff in the package. If I were to look around, I could probably find a new one for a little under $600 here in Oregon.

Yeah, it's a little plug for the gun I'm selling but I figure this info is relevant.

Most guns will run about $100 more if equipped with factory night sights.
It will cost you at least that much to buy them and have them installed.
