You just missed a sale at Midway USA. Their retail price is $24.99. If you have a dealer account, you can get them for $20.49.

Sometimes you can get great deals online....but if you're willing to do some driving around, and haggle with them....you might be surprised at some of the deals you can find at local gun shops...especially in a town like the one I live in (Tucson) where there are enough gun shops to keep competitive pricing going. |

I have exactly ONE local gun shop, I do as much buisness with them as I can afford. I can ALWAYS beat their prices online, but I took a hit on the Bersa and the Sig Skeeter just to throw them some cash.

Understood....and of course a lot of that depends on where you live and how many local gun shops are competing for your business. Here in Tucson if you are willing to take the time to shop around and hit at least 3 or 4 of the main gun shops, you can often times find good bargains....ESPECIALLY if you are willing to haggle with them...(I.e. Hey, I saw this exact same thing $20 cheaper online, can you match that?) If they can, not only do you get it right away instead of waiting for it to arrive, but often times the shipping costs you save more than offsets the taxes you pay. I normally look around online FIRST so I establish the range of the current prices of whatever I happen to be looking for...then I hit each of the gun-shops to see who has it listed the cheapest, or who is willing to give bargain and give me the best price. If I still can't find anything comparable to what I could buy it online (including shipping) then I go home and order it. I feel for guys that don't have those kinds of options. If you only have 1 small mom and pop shop in town, they are most likely operating with very small margins and can't afford to lower their prices much (if at all) even if they wanted to. |

I bought some from CDNN they were 19.99 each, I'm pretty sure they still have them at that price. I'm surprised nobody mentioned them yet...

One of Kaboom's links above was to CDNN. They're brutal on the shipping too, though. I want to pick up 2 magazines and it's going to be $15.00 to ship them. The magazine prices are only $17.99 each (45c)! I hate places that rip you off on shipping--I know they're just going to throw them into a padded envelope and stick $4 worth of postage on it. Maybe I can scrounge up a few more things to order to make it worth it....
