Who has pictures of the black XD45 magazines?
Who has pictures of the new black XD45 magazines? I know someone has to have a picture of them.

There are black mags?!? You mean instead of stainless? That would be cool I suppose. But why?

If you download the Springfield Catalog, there is a picture of one of the magazines on page 8. Says they are new for 2008. Law Enforcement Magazines. 45ACP Black Finish 13 Round Magazine (XD4545B)

Picture is not that good but it is the only one I could find.

What's with that weird dimple towards the bottom of the mag?

(And wouldn't it just be cheaper to get a regular mag and duracoat it?

That is to restrict the mag from being able to load a full 13 rounds.
*note description: 10 round, full size mag.
(not a 10 round Compact Mag)

Wow, $10 more for Black? Usually Chrome is the more expensive. LOL
Plus thats for the 10 rounders and not even the 13's.

XD mags are Stainless Steel not chromed. I don't know why anyone would want black. When in the gun they can't be seen anyway. It's interesting everyone prefers the stainless steel mags for 1911s.
