I love mine so far. They glow very brightly in the daylight and my TFOs glow just as bright if not brighter than my trijicon HDs and my mepros.
TFOs FTW!

Think about it. The guys at glocktalk like glocks too.
I put a set of XD Big Dots on a Colt Defender once. Had to be inside the barn to hit the broad side of it. BUT, sight acquisition was fast...

Mine will be going off in a week or two for TFO's too. I have the Big Dot on one of mine and it's a great close range site.

I'd say TFO although I just had them installed and I shot them for the first time today and I noticed after cleaning the gun that the front vial is already coming loose ,it started to come out. I contacted the person who installed them and they are fixing me up, no big deal, it's not their fault , I heard this can happen with the TFOs , I just miss my gun it's spent more time somewhere else then with me , as I've only had it for a couple weeks. Just something to be aware of, If this happens again I will be moving to my next option the trijicon HD sights

I'll say it again, a small dab of clear silicone will prevent the fiber optics from coming out and does not affect performance.

Well, not necessarily.
Although the experience I was present at involved super glue, my buddy's G22 still puked the front tube.
Personally, since this is a known issue for quite some time, one would think that TruGlo would, I don't know, fix the problem so their sights wouldn't puke their tubes anymore, and require them to be "repaired" with superglue/nail poilsh/caulk when they are new from the box.
For that reason alone, I wouldn't consider them as a viable sight on a defensive pistol.
I have Big Dots on two pistols; I recommend them. As for accuracy, if I can roll a soda can six for six at 25 yards using a 2.5" barreled S&W 325 wearing a 24/7 BD front sight...I'd say they do just fine.

Super glue is a poor choice for holding in plastic tubes as it melts the plastic and becomes brittle which does not work well with the recoil seen on handguns. Clear silicone will still allow plenty of light to pass through and stays malleable which will cope with recoil better.

You miss my point.
TruGlo sells a faulty product. The issue of TFO's puking tubes has been around pretty much since TFO's came out.
Yet, TruGlo refuses to address the problem, short of use some type of adhesive to fix their sight right out of the box.
I would not put a faulty sight on my pistol, no way, no how.
