However...I did finally manage to get all 13 rounds in there and it performed flawlessly for me at the range. Went through 100 rounds with no failures to fire or failures to extract, or any other kind of failures.... With that being said...I don't think I'll be using it at the indoor range again...the smoke from that stuff when I do rapid fire about choked me..... With the difference in price...I have no problem using it as my main ammo at the outdoor range but keeping higher quality brass stuff loaded when I carry. |

wolf in my XD??
maybe for my sks, but nothing else. I cringe at the thought of trying blazer brass in my XD since my reloads are gone. thats the least expensive around here ..

I've put thousands of rounds of Wolf through by .45 without ever experiencing the problem you describe. I always hand load the magazines.
Have you tried the 'speed loader'?

I've never experienced the problem that you're describing, but I also don't use Wolf or any other steel cased ammunition. I figure that since the steel casings can be a bit rougher on the extractors it's worth the extra buck or two for brass. Did you ever experience the same problem using brass?

It will break in. I was totally embarrassed when I took my CCWL test that it took me forever to load the mag. Everyone stood there and stared at me. I tried the tool and without.
Now it's no sweat even without the tool. |
