I am carrying the XD .45 5" compact . taking ccw next month. just paid deposit. right now I shoulder carry the 5" .45 it fits nicely...with 2 extra large cap mags to boot !

check out the crossbreed supertuck i've yet to hear anyone complain about it unless it was becouse they didnt buy the one that had the backing cut to allow a better grip when drawing their gun..but even in those cases a few cuts later with a box cutter or something similar they were good to go. the only other holster i want at this point is expensive the versa max 2 from milt sparks.

I have an XD9 SC and XD40 Service. I carry the 9 in a Cross Breed Supertuck and hardly notice it. At 6'1 160lbs the XD40 is a little too much for me to conceal comfortably.

I had a .45 service but now just have the 9sc. Carry daily in Crossbreed Quickclip. While the .45 was concealable, the 9sc is more so, and there is a difference in weight as well. With HST 147gr JHP's I am confident if needed I will be able to give the BG a bad day.
