Comp-Tac Minotaur - Which clips?

I ordered a Minotaur for my 45c, and had it shipped with the J-clips. Thinking of ordering either the standard or C-clips. Which of these provide the best support? I'm not worried about the clips showing, i'll be wearing an untucked shirt 99% of the time, and can use the J-clips when tucking.

The J clips easily offer the least support of their options. I have tried several of Comp-Tac's clips and I by far prefer the standard clips. The new clip design is thin anyway and you don't really notice it on the belt.

In order of support it would go (highest to lowest):
Standard Clips
C Clips
J Clips

The standard clips are best in my opinion. And a good choice in holsters, congrats. Currently, there is nothing in its price range that offers comparable quality, aesthetics, comfort and adaptability, and fast shipping. Again my opinion having owned a lot of IWB's.

Shown a LH model with an HK P30 and standard clips.

Can you explain how the support on the standard clips works? Does it come up and over the belt, and get it's support from pulling up on the bottom of the belt? Sounds like a silly question, but I'm curious.

The standard clips work well for me too..they go up and over the belt so the weight is riding on your belt. It also has the lips on the bottom of the clips that hook on the bottom side of the belt to keep the holster from coming out when the gun when you draw

I received my Minotaur last week and Comp-Tac is now using the thinner clips as standard.

I apologize for hijacking this thread, but it is on this same subject on the clips. Just how does one succesfully tuck in a shirt using an IWB holster? I tried this tonight and it just dont work with what I tried. I had on a larger than necessary polo style shirt, long tail for tucking in and my Minotaur holster which has the J clips. No way was I able to see how to successfully tuck my shirt tail in between the gun and my waistband. What little tuck I achieved made me print as if I had a sledge hammer in my britches.
