NEW OWNER.....I finally picked it up.
I was finally able to pickup my new gun yesterday. It'
s been a long wait but the madness has already taken hold. The Surefire X-300 came in on Monday so I put it on for a test fit. Picked up 1K rounds to start and will shoot it this weekend before I send it out next Monday to have me TFO's put on and my Tungsten guide rod with a heavier spring put in as well as have the slide lightened. Trigger will stay stock for now. Anyway, just wanted to share. Another joins the brotherhood. RG

I guess my only question is why? Why send a brand new XD off for a (Tungsten guide rod with a heavier spring put in as well as have the slide lightened.)?

I want a unique custom looking gun. This one is my play toy. Range rat gun. Not going to use this for home defense or service work. RG
