Dayum! You do have a bald head!! But you're not that fat!
Use some vest expanders and you will lose most of the printing. It is printing because the vest is too tight.

I'll bite what are vest expanders? And the sweatshirt I am wearing is lined and not what I would normally wear with the vest. I only wore it here because a camera savy kid came available.
