Oops, I didn't see this before I made a purchase yesterday!

....but I got it through Brice, haha. I actually purchased on gunbroker, hopefully I'll get that call from Brice before the end of the week.

Got my XD45 compact bi-tone for about $530 (includes 3% cc fee and shipping), and Brice does the transfer for $20, I'm thoroughly happy with the price!

That would be awesome, I've heard/read some scary stories about the public range. Plus I'm not sure if I have a vehicle that can get there! My ATV is currently down . But I live on the west side, near what used to be Tiny's BBQ.

My guess is the high gun show prices. Nothing new there. Heck, the ammo is WAAY over priced in most every caliber I've ever looked at (the stuff I know well, at least). XD's are out-selling Glocks in S. Texas, based on input face to face with gun store managers and sales people (incl the ones that don't like XD's).
