Anybody using AGP extra power mag springs in their XD45?

The stock XD45 mag springs seem pretty weak to me so I thought I'd give the AGP extra power springs a try. I understand from AGP that their XD45 extra power mag springs works in both the 13-round and the 10-round compact mags but NOT in the full size 10-round CA/NY compliant full size mag. Just so you know. Anybody using, I'd like to hear your feedback. Thanks.

i haven't had a problem with the stock springs at all.. although, the followers do have rough casting spots that cause it to hang up in the magazine.. i buffed the contact surfaces of the followers with a dremel, and then when i reassembled them i lubricated them with a little lithium grease on the contact surfaces.. no problems at all..

i think the followers are the real reason for FTFs, and nose down FTFs..

pull everything out of your mags, and drop each follower down each mag.. they should slide without any binding/hangups..

and use some sort of good lubricant on the followers.. i dabbed on a little white lithium grease on the followers.. i think i'll try another gun grease when i get a chance..

but, i have no problems with the springs, feeding or reloading since i did this..

I use them. I too feel the stock XD45ACP springs are a bit on the weak side.

Old School, yours were on backorder so I had to order directly from AGP. I see that you now have them in stock. 'Be nice if you or they could package them in paks, say two or three at a reduced cost like Wolff does. Just a thought.
