Adjustable rear sight for XD-45 CompTac?

These are the only ones I know of that are built to still use the factory front blade. I have one on my 1911, but I don't know which Sig version will work on my XD??
TPU Series of Adjustable Pistol Sights

Any other adjustable sights for the XD?

I coupled this MMC rear w/ a XS big dot front (no pic with the current setup), but here is a thread with pics of my rig:

XD convert from NorSoCentralCoast Cal

Can't say enough good things about the MMC rear, the front was nothing great, but when put together with the big dot... beyond sweet.

Where did you get an MMC? I haven't heard of MMC, what do you think of them? I saw something from XS about not combining their front sight with any other rear sight. I found the link:
YouTube - XS Sight Demo II what do you think?

MMC is an older company that makes tougher adjustable sights. They first appeared on older S&W pistols. Great sights but a bit high on the gun. Also Chapie+ is right Mixing the XS front with most other rears will give you some trouble with point of aim. An adjustable might solve that but a good set of fixed will last longer on a 45ACP and still be just as good.

Low mounted Bo-Mar is better, maybe some Dawsons. Look up Canton creek for some pictures of low mount ajustables. If you are trying to save money on the sights I would not recommend it. Get some quality sights up front and you will be happier.

Well the Dawsons look really nice and are about what I would want but they are drift adj so no incentive for me ( the XD is already "drift" [with a sledgehammer lol ] adjustable ), the Bomars require machining, ain't gonna happen.
Still looking.

OK, I'll keep it short(at least by my standards ), it's just I get the feeling there are some misconceptions out there. The MMC is not a high-pro sight. It is low-pro sight. It has mid-height "wings" on the sides to keep the sight from getting hung up /beat up (only the middle section moves). It comes out of all kinds of concealed positions all week long with no hangups... not to mention it is a bad-ass dual color night sight. I put it on myself, it is the opposite of being a PITA and did not require a big drift pin and giant hammer. The XS people tried to talk me out of mixing their sight as well, I eventually got one guy to say it would probably work great, but still hit me with "are you sure?" at the end. Not listening is one of the best things I did. There are NO point of aim issues. The adjustable rear is in a middle elevation position for my preferences. You'll obviously do what you want, but don't let any of the previous posts dissuade you, I carry this gun every day, and I know my gear.

MMC adjustable sights

I'm a big fan of the MMC sights. I have them on my 1911, on XD tactical 40 SW and am waiting to put them on my XD45 tactical compact. They are extremely tough and I like having the same familar sights on all my guns. I would'nt want to try a one hand racking of the slide with any fiberoptic sight just don't think they would survive and that would mean that you might not survive as well

The list only has one sight listed for Sigs! If it fits the Sig 229 it will fit the XD. LPA's SPR series set also fits the XD.

You're right, WTF was I looking at? ROFLMAOOOOOO

LPA is the same item as the TPU just marketed by someone else. I guess I will get those unless someone else chimes in. If the Dawsons had screw type windage they would probably be perfect as I like the protective hood. I may try and de-snag the TPUs when I get them.
