PICs of the Extended Slide Stop Prototype for ALL XD's
For those of you who dont know me I love HK pistols....I have been Dark Knight on "Cult of the P7",and "HKPRO" forums for years..I read all about the XD here months ago and now I own 4 of the XD's.I love this pistol so much I created along with my Friend and my brother in law the xdguys... ...The only grip I had with my first XD.45 was that OEM Part #18 the slide stop/release was so darn hard to push in comparision to my HK's....I have designed this part and a local machinest is making them for us.. I am sending a few rough proto types out to key people at Springfield Armory among others.....They will be both hard chromed by Tripp Research and Ion Bonded by Scott Springer.... Again this is a rough FIRST proto type.. The version we will sell will be smoother.. It steps out( so give you a more possitive shelf)and is elongated in the back ( so you need less pressure to release)and the front is a little longer(for lefties to be able to use their trigger finger)
