Holsters

Hello all,
I finally found a holster for my XD45, did anyone else have a heck of a time finding one. I visited ALL the sponsors here and most of them were out of the mid-range priced ones, they had great selection and prices but where out of stock. I ended up with one from sportman's guide. Is this a common problem with people here or is my timing just bad?

XD45s are a popular item, as are the accessories for the XD45. It could just be bad timing and low inventory due to holiday sales. Also, some of the hand-crafted holsters can take anywhere from 1-3 months to get once the order is placed.

I found that there weren't that many holster made specifically for the X45, but many other holsters worked and it fit well anyway.

ALL XD frames and slides are nearly identicle except in length regardless of caliber.

Our holsters move with your body you can wear a 5 inch gun all day long. The design lets the firearm ride lower to the belt line, less chance of printing. If worn at 3:3o - 4:00 you can sit ,squat, enter a car and it is comfortable,no need to adjust or grab your firearm to make it comfortable. We have some very nice Leather IWB holsters. Here is a link from a few xd members that have our product New IWB holster...Very nice. Most holsters ship the same day no waiting
Thank You Larry

I have the IWB holster from Larry @ Gun-Works for my XD Service. It is very comfortable, and like Larry stated, I can get in & out of my vechicle and almost forget that I have it on. Good quality & he has them in stock. Took 2 days to get mine.

as far as getting holsters to fit, i am very happy with my federal holsterworks BUT the one thats supposed to fit springfield 5" was way to tight. maybe it was for the 1911. the one i got was for a colt 5" i think and it fits perfect. also ambidextrous and goes for around 20$.
