NEWB - conceal carry holster
I am looking for a good conceal carry holster for my XD 45ACP compact. Does anyone have suggestions and places to purchase?

I am also a new concealed carrier. I plan on using the Cross Breed Super Tuck. Just google it and you will find the website. (Sorry, can't post links on my phone). It has been mentioned with great reviews on this forum. Just something I have picked up while cruising the threads.

I use a Crossbreed clip-on IWB for my Compact Tac. Excellent holster

depends on a lot of variables...like your body type and size, IWB or OWB, activity performed daily, and other things like that.

i wear one of two holsters, the first being the galco matrix OWB and the second being a generic nylon IWB holster (10 bucks and works great).

I am a fairly, how do you say it politically correct.........large belly-person. Not very tall but enough padding.

sounds like a fair assesment. im 5'9 315ish....so im not a wee little one either .

with either of the 2 holsters i mentioned i can carry at the 4 oclock position (right handed) and go completely un-detected with even a simple t shirt on.

+1 on the Crossbreed and +1 on the Gun-Works IWB. Both are great holsters and the folks from both will treat you right.
