Dry Firing
Got some AZOOM caps for my XD 45C. They don't beat up the 'primer' at all, but MAN do they beat the CRAP out of the cap! I guess you have to keep partially racking the slide in order to lock the firing pin. Anyone use snap caps here?

It's really not needed but if it makes you feel better, use them. You only have to pull the slide back about 1/2" to set the striker.
