I don't have a pistol with nite sights. That will be a good reason to get a tactical with nite sights.

Man, everytime I see a picture of a .45acp XD Tac, I start to drool...a lot. I want one so badly. I've been good all year too.

I have the XDsc 9mm, XD Service .40 and XD Tactical .45ACP.
For competition I'd chose the Tactical everytime but it's too big for me to carry. I like the .45 over the .40 due to the recoil differences, but both are excellent guns that have never had a malfunction (and I shoot my own reloads). I can't quite explain it, but the extra sighting radius of the tactical makes it much easier to shoot accurately than my other guns. I had a CC competition trigger job done on it which is so good it makes everyone laugh when they shoot it.

Yep.. But now I have a compact grip with a 4" barrel and a full size grip with a 5" barrel. The Compact 4" conceals a easily as a Sub Compact and the Tactical has is full capacity for competition. Had I not bought the Service before the Compacts were out I would have gotten a Full Size Tactical and a Compact Service.
