Yes it is- your state government permits you to possess a 13-round magazine, mine classifies it as an assault weapon (10-rounds max).

Oh yeah, I forgot that, SWEET! One of the smallest assault weapons I have ever seen, but I am sure there are some smaller.

Also I finally got to go shoot last Saturday. I put about 250rds through her and have another 150 that I want to take back next weekend

I shot the 230gr Blazer Brass from Walmart and didn't have a single malfunction. I even think that my buddy who is a died in the wool Glock guy, even raised an eyebrow to the XD. Lol, all he would say, is wow, that is a great shooting gun.

It was sweet, and I got me two accessory kits coming from cheaperthandirt.com. I wanted to buy from PG, but they had them in stock and at a heck of a deal that I just couldn't pass up. Sorry, pistol gear, I will buy something from you in the near future.

I had to wait 6 months before I could shoot the XD I purchased.. I broke my hand pretty stupidly.. or as my surgeon said 'This is from hitting someone..holy sh..'
