I was at the gun shop today and I seen that an all black XD .45 had a XD branded tactical light in the case with it and then a bi-tone XD .45 didn't have that same light in the case. My question is, did anyone else get this light when they bought there XD?? Was it a promotinal deal?? Both of the guns had the normal items with them.

When I bought my XD last year, the lights were sold seperately. I bought my light a couple of months later.

I remember about 3 or 4 years ago when you bought an XD it came with the xml light as a promotion.This was before xd "kit" they come with now.

You can get them with or without the XML light, just depends on what kit the seller is offering.
