Question I'm on a crossroads ..again..

Hi guys i am deciding if i should just get an compact xd in 45acp or keep my colt new agent? as much as i like this 1911 its just find it a little hard to enjoy shooting it when i do shoot it, its my current ccw pistol, light easy to conceal and it a 45acp, i know the new agent is not a target gun when i bought it ,its a save your bacon kinda gun.But with a compact xd i will have both worlds, i can use it for target with the extended mag and i can also ccw it with the 10rd mag, i alwaya say that XD is the only polymer i would carry besides my 1911s. I saw a 2toned xd 45 it was black slide with green frame, i will still have extra money to roll over to my AR15 thats on layaway if a i do decide to trade my agent. should i just do it or just keep my 1911 ??its a colt anyway

I vote to skip the XD45 and keep the colt.

I've had the XD45 compact and would rather use a 1911 as the grip is too large in my opinion.

Wow tough call. If I were in your shoes I would find an XD to shoot and then make the call.

I used to own XD's(3service models in 45acp and a subcompact 9mm)so i do know how they perform its probably the best polymer i have ever used, this is why i'm not sure what to do, they are both excellent guns..i don't know i guess i just have to flip a coin when i go the the gunshop tomorrow

Since you know you like them it seems like an easy choice. Carry the one that you will shoot the best. Because when it comes down to it that's all that is important. Any gun can be concealed, but accuracy is what keeps you alive.

Congratulations. Now get a hold of Kevin at K&D Holsters for one of his great holsters and you will be set.
