drop free mags

I like my 2 xd45 but is there a way to get the mags to drop free like my 1911?????

same here, never had a problem with my mags, try the silicone cloth as suggested.

As all have stated, the magazines should drop free. If the mag drops about a third of the way and then hangs up, there is an easy fix.
For some unknown reason, the upper back edge of the XD mags have a tendency to get bent back just a bit. Take a needle nose pliers and, ever so gently, bend the top back edge of the mags back into place. Bend it just a touch and then try the mag to see if it drops.

+ clean the mag & the magwell & squirt some dry lube in/on both. Insert the mag(s) & dop them a few times. You should be good to go.
