The first few shots are VERY quiet, and after that it sounds like a pellet gun. I am using "wet" cans and there is no need whatsoever for hearing protection.

Hey Scott is the Barsto barrel a drop in deal or does it require some fitting?

They require fitting not only to the gun, but there are particulars about fitting it to each can also. That is why I work with someone who has been fitting suppressors for 20+ years.

Living in a state where supessors remain totally out of the question, I can only thank you for the gun porn!

LMTD, I live in a state where you CAN own them but you CANt shoot them. I'm not sure which is worse. Some day I'll get a .45 can anyway.
Contrats on the setup Loves2Shoot. What made you decide on the Gemtech over other manufacturers? I'm going to have to start saving my pennies and doing some research on this some day. Written by Mr. Subliminal.
