XD45 - Any issues so far? How has your XD45 performed so far?
Hello,
I was wondering if the .45 had any issues similar to the .40 caliber in respect to jamming or other malfunctions. Thanks

Have had theXD 45 service for a year and a half - put about 3k rounds thru it, with no problems that can be blamed on the pistol. It's the real deal.

I have not had one problem with either of my 45s. The 45ACP is a well established round unlike the 40S&W when it first came out. They are 2 different animals in regard to how they function in a gun. It took the gun manufacturers a while to learn all of the 40s little quirks.

I have put around 3k through my XD-45 Service and had a few FTF issues within the first 300 rds, but it has been flawless since.

I've had my XD-45 for over a year now with about 2k rounds through it and no issues so far.

My 45tac eats every JHP I have fed it, about 10 diff. types to date. It also does well w/ any lead bullet not a SWC. Accuracy is also exc. on par w/ my semi tuned 1911. It's pretty easy to get most loads shooting under 2" @ 15yds offhand.
