A new xd-45 owner, finally!
After months of waiting, I finally got the XD-45 I wanted. It's the 4" compact in OD green. I've looked at it in black but really wanted the OD. Problem was that SA wasn't making them yet. I started seeing them on Gunbroker a few weeks ago and just got mine in. Can't wait to shoot it.

Nice! Congrats on the new toy.
I have the dark earth Service 45 & like you, I prefer the OD or Brown over just plain black.

Welcome. I too was looking for the Compact in OD. Had to settle for it in DE, but was able to get the Tactical in OD.

Thanks for the warm welcome, guys. I found my OD compact at Budsgunshop.com. Took it out shooting today and it really felt good to shoot. I hope this doesn't turn into an addiction for me.
