Paddle Holster for XD45 Compact

I recently bought a Safariland 528 holster, but I think I really need a paddle type holster for my XD45 Compact. The slide holster is a PIA to remove when I get to work and put back on when leaving. I have a paddle holster for my Colt .380 and it is much easier to work with. Can anyone recommend a good paddle holster at a reasonable price for the compact? I prefer leather, but cost rules!!!

I recently purchased a BlackHawk Close Quarters Concealment (CQC) paddle holster for my Tactical. Black leather (formed to fit XD), thumb break, and pretty comfortable. Paid around $55. Very happy with it.

I found this and the price seems cheap enough to try one. I really prefer leather, but dont have $60+ to purchase one right now. Has anyone tried one of these Galco holsters?

I CC my XD .45 in a Fobus (SP-11) paddle holster and it really works well for me. I found it on eBay for $20.

I also tried the Uncle Mike's paddle holster, but it doesn't hold the weapon close enough to my body.

I use a Blackhawk SERPA paddle holster. No problems so far, fits well, no rattle or difficulty.

+1 on the Blackhawk. I have a Galco paddle as well -- I think it's called the "Top Cop" if I remember correctly. Leather with no break -- only a tension screw and I love it. The G&G Yaqui is a great holster as well -- I have one. I like the fact that the entire paddle has rubber on it -- it never slips, just stays put. I have one for my Kahrs/1911's as well.

Take a look at the Bianchi AccuMold (sp?) paddle. I have one for my Commander 1911's and it's great, even though it's nylon (Oops!!! Bad Holster Word!)

That's what was recommended to me yesterday by a local CCW and defense weapon instructor. That would be the "range holster".
