Drilling and tapping the trigerbar is for reducing overtravel. That is the amount the trigger goes back after the sear is released and the gun goes boom.

For take up or the amount of travel before engaging engaging the sear or before you feel resistance on the trigger, you need a Springer sear.

We should have trigger bars by the end of next week, if you want to drill it, there is a picture of a drilled trigger here http://www.springerprecision.com/art/sears/searkit.JPG

Will there be a package deal for a trigger/sear/trigger bar kit?

EDIT: Also, is the trigger bar in that picture stock or a newly developed one?

I understand, and I didn't ask if the trigger bar would ever be available, as I asked about the one in the picture and whether or not a package will be available.

I'm sure there will be a package deal once we have sold enough units to do so.
