Red dot sights

Has anybody started using red dot sights yet? what brand and what is required to mount it?

I believe there's a thread with a pic of a mount that somebody was using on an XD. Mount was a modified Carver Glock mount, I believe. I've been using red dots for years. Currently have two mounted on Glocks, one with a Carver Hunter mount; other with a Mako mount.

itch yur such an ass , hahhahah i havnt started on the xd's doubt i ever get around to them, but i do on my 995 carbine, and i have a ruger MKII thats got a red dot on it, works great what are yu plannin on doin? i think ive seen a few mounts but cant help ya on them,
just jackin ya itch!!
