need holster input

I know this topic is a dead horse, but...... I am trying to decide between Comp-Tac Minotaur MTAC and crossbreed IWH holsters for my compact. I'm a low dollar guy so tyring each out is not going to happen.

So... I would like to hear any negitves about said holsters from the folks that are using them daily. Thanks

Never had a Comp-Tac, but I do have a Crossbreed IWB clip-on. It's comfortable, holds the XD well and is easy on/off. I had another model with belt loops, but it was too much hassle to take on/off fast. I really like the clip-on model. No negatives about the holster that I can think of.

The Crossbreed comes with a life-time warranty, and a 2-week try it for free. Can't beat that

I did not like my cross breed and sent it back. I DO LIKE my Don Hume IWB that has the straps. I have been using it for about 6 months now and no issues. It is probably also the cheapest alternative. I think I paid like $30 for it.

I am considering buying the Sumer Special 2 from :http://www.miltsparks.com/SS-2.htm

I like my XD-45 Compact 4" in its CrossBreed Super-Tuck IWB, personally.

good luck. You WILL NOT end up with just one holster. I guarantee you will find something you don't like about it and buy another one before the year is out.

Happens to just about every one. I have four holsters for my xd now and three or so for each other pistol I have.

You might want to check out www.kdholsters.com and look at their K&D Defender. It has had some great reviews. I am expecting mine this week.
