Talking It's official!
It's official, I picked up an XD 45 4" Service model today.

Nice weapon, can't wait to get to the range with it.

Congrats on the new pistol... and ain't it nice that you didn't have to go to your local Sheriff for a "mommie-may I?" permit?

For those not in the know... as of today, 8/28/2007, Missouri residents no longer have to apply for a Permit to Acquire from their local Sheriff's office and our new Castle Doctrine law goes into effect. Yahoo!!

Have fun with it, I sure do love mine. Which mags did you get? I love my 13 rd mags that have the little sticker that says "Not Legal In California"

You could say that I'm a little stoked. lol

I got 2 13 round mags but no stickers on them. I did get a huge " Not legal in California" sticker on the case though.

That's ok, I won't be moving to CA anytime soon.

Did 4 years out there in the early 90s. Beautiful place, but have no desire to return to live there again.
