Search "laser" on the forums. I have a Laserlyte rail mount, I've not shot it yet, one thing I found out was it will neither fit in my XDGear or Blackhawk serpa holsters even if I got out the saw and file and started cutting and filing- reduces the value to me in the field. I'm taking my XD45 elk hunting with me in a week to carry for cougar defense, and I will not be able to have the laser on it as a result.
BTW, if I was hunting elk in Gunnison CO this year, I'd show it to you as I drove through GJ and stopped at the Sportsmans Warehouse to buy my OTC tag. I'll hunt Oregon this year instead. |

+1. If you want a light/laser combo, the TLR2 is an excellent choice. I'm selling one, so if you're interested, PM or email me.

Another option is a Lasermax guide rod laser. It replaces the guide rod so there is nothing hanging off your handgun.
Sorry, just remembered you have a tactical. I know Lasermax makes one for the service, but I'm not sure about the tactical. Last edited by wombat13; 08-30-2007 at 12:03 PM. |
