It seems that we both lucked out; I just bought this bi-tone XD45 service from a local private party (no tax) with less than 100 rounds fired for $400.

I couldn't be happier with the way it performs.

I found out today I am certainly ranking these XD-45's at the top. Me and wife just got back from the range with ours and this gun is very comfortable to shoot and awesome accurate! It's sure to stay in the collection for a very long time.

I started my Glock collection back in 1987 and now have nine. Back in 2001 or 2002 (?), I bought a 3rd generation HS2000, followed by an XD40 and now this XD45. The HS2K and the XDs have always shot more accurately (in my hands) than any of my Glocks.

BTW, I'm not trashing Glocks - I personally think that they are superb, especially in the reliability department.
