Just got home with my little bundle of joy...a dark earth XD45 service with night sights. Got it through Spingfield's Pro Staff program, so I've been waiting for about two months. Just wrapping my hand around the grip and looking at those Trijicons makes me forget the delay, however. My buddy, who is a serious Glocker, just wrapped his mitt around this pistola and started cursing me soundly. It appears the gun was made specifically to fit his greasy di**skinners and he feels his life will not be complete without adding one of them to his arsenal.
