Old School runs a good show,

I am expecting an order in that I
just placed with PistolGear. Great

+2!!

Very fast service!

No land line to call them, though. Upside is they answer emails very quickly.

Yep...OS is my hero. You will not find much better customer service, not even at Dell

I've ordered from them twice now. Both times my orders arrived faster than I anticipated.

On my last order, the quantities on two items were swapped (paperwork was right, stuff in the box was swapped). I sent an email and almost immediately got a response telling me that they would ship the item I got shorted in the morning (it was after hours when I contacted them) and provide a label to return the one that I got an extra.

Can't ask for much better than that. All companies have good service when everything goes right... But you get a real good idea of what kind of business it is when you see how they respond when something gets goobered up. A rapid response with a satisfactory resolution - all after hours - tells me that Pistol Gear is a place where I can shop with confidence.
