Sold my last XD - XDTalk Forums - Your HS2000/SA-XD Information Source!

The last XD in my stable left the barn yesterday.

I've owned three of these fine guns, first a Service in 9mm, then a service in .45 and finally the compact in .45. All were flawless, great guns. A severe case of elbow tendonitis made shooting the .45 a very painful process. So now, after 25 years of carrying the .45 round I'm down to the 9mm. And the Sig P226 is the most gentle of those tested so it gets the call. I just wanted to thank everyone here for all your insights, advice and friendly banter. If any of you are lefties, I've got some nice Compac holsters in the trading post.

I sure would not have sold the .45acp for a home save the day or night handgun IMHO it sure beats a 9mm.

This forum is a firearm forum.

Last I heard, Sigs are still firearms.

No need to say goodbye because you
do not own the XD/HS2K any longer.

I would say that you hung around here
and enjoyed the forum members company
and via visa.

Selling off the XDs was a choice made
by you and I am sure you made the right
choice considering your physical problem.

Yes...

just because you sold the XD's doesn't mean you cant still reside within the Xd forum. When I sold my Sig, I still visit the sig forum. Great guys and alot of good info there. Thats the thing about a good forum- alot of good info and not just about XD's, Sigs, or Glocks.
