I find that the day and/or situation will dictate which mode of carry is appropriate.

For IWB I like Milt Sparks Versa Max 2

For OWB I like Mitch Rosen Premier

All of my mag carriers are Milt Sparks as well.

Okay some background...I'm 5'8" and 210. I live in Texas where it gets really hot and not too cold. I have tried the pager pal and it is OK, my 9mm service is too big to be comfortable. I am trying the COMP-TAC MTAC. It is a hybrid leather/kydex that is very comfortable. Bonus, you can change out the Kydex part for different guns and the cant and the depth of the tuck (IWB) are adjustable. I have worn it and love it. I do not tuck my shirts in though. I have tried it tucked and it looks fine, but I have not worn it out tucked...I love it so far!

I have a crossbreed quickclip and a milt sparks versa max II.
The Milt Sparks looks better. The crossbreed is cheaper. They both work equally well.

that is if you think you like leather, if you are a kydex man, it is a whole 'nutha ball game.
I agree with the Hume 715M. After adding some grip tape inside the metal clip it keeps it held securly in place while drawing and is just the ticket for warmer months. That said, I really like my paddle CQC Serpa but it requires a fairly heavy jacket to conceal.
