mag well cutouts
I was looking at having this done, possibly by myself or sending it out to bowie tactical concepts. Does this present any kind of real advantage for magazine changes? will it be alright on my .45 compact? any experience with BTC? thanks

I believe thats the point of such cutouts. If the magazine jams or hangs up in a FTF or other stoppage it would aid in ripping the magazine free of the pistol.
