Has anyone had any experience with Bright Sights on their stock XD sights?

I dont have any experience with it but it seems you could buy some model paint for alot cheaper.

Perhaps. I just came across this stuff. I'm not sure if whatever it is they've patented is something of value over standard bright paint.

Honestly, I am going to look at a set of Truglo as soon as I receive my CCW so I probably won't mess with anything until then.

But I am curious if buying a <$20 kit will improved the target acquisition of the standard sights enough to warrant spending a Jackson on it.

My experience (and I'm pretty geriatric) is that you'd do a lot better by practicing keeping the tops of your sights in the same horizontal plane!

My experience (and I'm pretty geriatric) is that you'd probably do well to wait for the real sights and, in the meanwhile, practice keeping the top of your front sight in the same horizontal plane as the top of your rear sight, as you digitilate* the trigger.

*I just made that word up.

Buy the kit and share the leftover paint with all of us. That bottle ought to paint 1,000 gunsights or more!
