I'm nearing 1000 rounds in my 45 tactical, and not a single malfunction or hickup so far. And the trigger seems to be getting better over time.

well something was sick today and it wasn't my TAC. Functioned flawlessly and was dead on the mark. I think I like it more than a SA 1911 I had a few years back.
Double taps into a can at about 10 yards sweeeet !!

I like it

I have 4 XD's, including an XD 45 compact, and have NO failures from any of them. My 45 is my carry gun and I have complete confidence in it. I had way more failures out of my Glock 23 than I have had out of my 4 XD's.

I have 2 with about 2000 rounds through one and 1000 through the other no problems that weren't my fault.

XD45ACP Tactical, XD40 Service: both are awaiting their first malfunction.

Zero to date.

My Sig P229 (.357Sig & .40 S&W) and Beretta 92F (9mm) are both in the same zero-malfunction boat.

I haven't had any problems with my XD45 Tactical. Not a 45 but I did have problems with a G17 when qualifying for the department about 3 FTF out of 50 rounds with new WWB. Chief had same problem with his G17 also.
