Thats my practice ammo as well. I have not seemed to have accuracy problems, but just today, I did have two Fail to Feed using the Blazer. Slide locked back and the round was pointed up towards the chamber but it just didnt finish the cycle. All it took, both times, was to press the slide lock lever and round was chambered.

My XD compact shoots a ragged hole with blazer brass at 10 yards. Never had any issues.

Damien in Seattle I don't list my guns - I know glocks, FALs, and AKs but I'm not sure my ability to fill a gunsafe with guns make me an expert on anything. All that you can depend on from a 45 is that it will drill a .45 - .70 inch hole about 14 inches into someone. There will not be "energy dump", people will not fly backwards, and they will not necessarily fall as if they have been struck by lighting. |

Never had any issues with feeding, firing, or ejecting ever with my XD and anything accuracy related is me, not the gun.

I dont have an XD in 45, but do own a few 1911 style 45s.. I dont have problems with Blazer Brass, but some people seem to have a lot of trouble.. It seems CCI doesnt crimp these loads well and the bullet sets back bad on them.. Simple solution, dont keep rechambering the round.. If you chamber it, shoot it..

I did a test a long time ago and shot 9mm CCI Blazer Aluminum and Winchester White Box side by side. I saw no difference. One side was all CCI. The other was all WWB. I can't even remember which side is which.

Got them at a gun show a long time ago. Each square is an inch so it was easy to watch my groups as they got tighter and tighter.
