I have had a similar problem 4 times with reloads that the primer had a dent but did not go off. all 4 rounds fired when ran thru the gun a second time. could be i didnt have them seated all the way i will keep an eye on that.

Most of us don't clean primer pockest on pistol brass. Carbon can build up to a point the primer doesn't seat completely down in the pocket. Push harder or clean those primer pockets.

I'll keep that in mind for the future. In my case, the brass was never fired, so the primers must have been too hard for the striker or more likely not completely seated.
