fire dragon

anybody know anything about the fire dragon ported barrels?

anybody used one?
if so would you recomend one?

i'd like to put one on my 4in

I'd generally avoid ported barrels for defensive use. but otherwise they are supposed to be pretty good.

I don't list my guns - I know glocks, FALs, and AKs but I'm not sure my ability to fill a gunsafe with guns make me an expert on anything.

All that you can depend on from a 45 is that it will drill a .45 - .70 inch hole about 14 inches into someone. There will not be "energy dump", people will not fly backwards, and they will not necessarily fall as if they have been struck by lighting.

I have one on a my 45 tactical and it has reduced recoil and improved groups. It was drop in with no fitting. I recommend using your stock spring or lower, not an extra power spring.
