Feels good when you plunk down that hard to save up cash

You're gonna LOVE it. I went from an XD service to a compact 45 XD and love the thing. I can't wait to get another one. Now all I need are some more 10rd mags for it!!

It's rare when an American actually saves money and pays for something in real funds and not with credit. That's very commendable.
Congratulations on both getting your XD and on buying it with real money!

Vert...
I went down the same road - bought an XD45C for CCW. Within a month I bought an XD9 Tactical. Two different guns - each with their own "feeling". Often ake them to the range and shoot both. -1 on the 10rd mags for the XD45C

I got my XD45c last weekend. I didn't need to save up. My gun shop has 6 months no interest. I get to shoot it while I take 6 months to pay it off.

You can't go wrong w/ a .45 ACP.... This about it, people have been defending themself w/ the .45 for over one hundred years (1890's - 1900's) and it's STILL never been close to replaced...
