More Praise for Springer Precision - Update
With most companies that you deal with, you count turn-around time in days, weeks and sometimes months. With Springer Precision you count it in hours.
Sent my XD-45 service off to Springer on Monday morning for the Combat/Carry trigger job. This morning I received an e-mail from Scott stating that the gun was shipped back to me today and included the FedEx tracking number. Should have it back tomorrow by noon. 72 hour turn-around time and that includes shipping! Doesn't the poor man ever sleep? PS: Report on the action job to follow, once I have it in hand. Update 5-17-07: Received my XD-45 today, right on schedule, and could not be happier with the results. Trigger pull is much lighter, but not too light for carry/ccw use, smoother, shorter pull and reset with no over travel. In a word, PERFECT! Next to the XD itself, this was the best money I have spent in a long time.
