xd45acp bitone no more????
I was told today at my local gun range where i am a member at that they do not make the 5inch tactical bitone no more in the 45acp???
Does anyone know anything about this???? |

Springfield Armory still lists it on their web site for the 4" Service (although they DON'T list the Dark Earth XD45
 ). It is NOT listed for 5" Tactical (black only) BUT bi-tone is on the list of XD45s at major distributors, whether they actually have any or not is a different matter. These things of course can be dropped at any time, and they also tend to make production runs of them that can run out before a new run is made. I know that O.D. green XD45s are very short in supply or non-existent at distributors and that may be the case with 5" bi-tones too. But perhaps they will make another production run in the future of that version.I am sure the marketing people are keeping a sharp eye out on sales of certain variations anyway. The bi-tone is not showing up as an option for the Tactical on SA's website

I will know Monday for sure i will be getting a call back from my friend at springfield and 1 thing is for sure he has never lied to me about anything so we will know for sure by tommorow at the end of the day!!!! I hope that this is not the case i will really be sick if it is....I mean how would it even be possible everyone i know asks for bitone all the time!?!?! I think the thing we might find out here is that the stock and things to make them might be kinda short right now is all i am hopeing it is! well anyway thanks for the replies!!!!

Thats a nice picture of 1 but it says that the 5 inch tac is only available in black and o/d green!!!! It says nothing about it being available in stainless!!!
