Took my TDL to the bench grinder!!!!!

Anyone else get sick of your thumb bouncing off of the take down lever? Maybe its just me and my big hands, but when I put my left thumb along the frame where it should be I would get it smacked on the edge of the TDL- NOT condusive to good shooting! So I took it to the bench grinder for a trim! It didnt turn out too bad either for a quick job done by hand if I do say so! Anyone else try this or am I the only idiot in the group?

Then there's the offhand stance . . . one handed feet in line with the arm more or less.

What's the "target objective" I suppose is the issue? I just wanna hit a 9" paper plate at 25 feet, repeatedly.
the whole point is consistent grip. but you dont have to listen to me

Thumbs up

I think that is great. I always have to adjust, gave me a blister on my thumb first time shooting it. Good Work! Let us know if that spots develops any rust issues. That part is probably melonite, but I'm curious to see how it works out for you.

I thought about that too...

...next time I have some Duracoat mixed up Ill hose it and the slide release (maybe all the small parts...) so rust shouldnt be an issue!
