New XD45c

I am new here and have done some searches but could not find all the answers I was looking for.
I am picking up my XD tonight, it is "lightly" used but comes with the XML light and 2 x-tra 13 rd mags, and the Gear and my total cost will be $495, a steal in my neck of the woods. I am excited to shoot it as I have been drooling over the XD line for the last couple of years. The compact 45 for me is a great all around gun, and will allow for easy concealment with the short grip.
Just a couple of questions.
Where can I get the grip X-tension sleeve? I looked on Springfield's website but no luck finding them. I also looked at Pistol gear but they are $10, is that a good price?
Also does anyone use a Highnoon Holster for their XD45? I have two for my Mill Pro and Baby Eagle that I love and the price is the best I can find for a quality holster. I see a lot of guys here are fans of Crossbreed and Tucker.
Also I ordered some 185 gr. Gold Dots and was wondering if anyone else uses that light of a bullet in their XD45?
Thanks for your help and suggestions.

Welcome to the forum, great choice!! I just ordered 3 XD45 mag spacers from pistolgear, price seems reasonable and I got an email that they were back in stock, or should soon be, so I ordered some.

The Crossbreed is a very comfortable holster (had one for my 1911 and one for the XD45), I've been meaning to order the new clip-on version, just haven't done it yet. Nothing wrong with the Highnoon either.

I use 230gr PD rounds (Ranger or Gold Dot), haven't tried the lighter weights, but I'm sure they are all pretty affective.

I thought the price was a bit high, but with 2 extra mags, it's pretty reasonable.
The mag extensions are available through Springfield for around $5/each + shipping. Gotta call, they're not on the website.

HIGH?! he also got an XML!! that's a great deal man! congrats on the pickup, and as far as i know pistol gear is the only place you can find FACTORY sleeves for extended mags. the aftermarket stuff, i've heard, doesn't fit as well. congrats again on the great deal

My bad, completely missed the XML.

Pistol gear is outta stock on the extensions. Springfield is never out, and cheaper, by a lot. And last I heard, Springfield carries Springfield FACTORY parts
