XD45TAC 1st 100 rounds
Well i had a little time at the range today. Nobody was calling me, so i took 500 rounds to a indoor shooting range, and tried her out. Not a single problem of any kind except people started ringing my phone off the hook at only 80 rounds or so. Onlt 100 rounds on the paper from 7-25 yards. I have ordered a new guide rod and 22# spring from pistol gear, and am interested in seeing the difference between that and the stock springs and rod. Yeah i know im pulling to the left and a little down, but i have been shooting nothing but my BEAUTIFUL 1911 for almost a year now, i think i can tighten it up some more once the trigger is broken in.

4arrows - For the first trip to the range with a new XD your shooting looks pretty good to me. I look forward to seeing more range reports as you break it in.

Good to hear it is function well. That much difference left could be a sight issue and not trigger.

well, i have the stock spring, and the #22 was listed on Pistol Gear as a popular weight. This is the first time I have ever changed out any internal parts on my guns, so i was starting with what others have already done.
I think i may get some more rounds on paper and let the trigger break in some more before i start adjusting sights. 4>----> |
